Reissad Points and ELO
Earning currency and progressing in competitive play
Reissad Points 
are currency used to unlock equipment. ELO 
is your competitive rating and is used for ranks. You can't spend your ELO.
Reissad Points
Public matches use the standard earning rates, while private-lobby earnings are 50% less. This includes private play with friends or bots. You can hold up to 50,000 RP.
Spending RP
Use RP in the game's shop and loadout system to unlock weapons, equipment, attachments and cosmetics.

ELO
ELO tracks competitive progression. Wingman 2v2 is the only mode that awards ELO and ranks. There is no leaderboard.
